Terms of Use & Legal Disclaimer

Last updated: 2 July 2026

The short version

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Areena Player application and website ("the app", "the Service", "we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the app on any platform (iOS, iPadOS, macOS, Android, Android TV, Windows, or web), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1 The app is a neutral tool — it provides no content

Areena Player is a general-purpose media player, comparable to a web browser or a file viewer. It is distributed empty. It does not contain, host, stream, embed, index, aggregate, bundle, pre-load, or supply any television channels, films, series, playlists, links, or other media whatsoever.

All media accessible through the app originates exclusively from sources that you choose to add — an M3U playlist (URL or local file) or an Xtream Codes account you already hold with a third party. We have no knowledge of, and no control over, those sources or their content.

2 Your responsibilities & acceptable use

You are solely responsible for how you use the app. By using it, you represent and agree that:

Important: Any illegal or unauthorized use of third-party content is your responsibility alone. Areena Player is not designed for, and must not be used for, accessing pirated or unlicensed material.

3 No affiliation; trademarks

Areena Player is an independent application. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or connected to any IPTV provider, broadcaster, network, streaming service, or content owner. All product names, logos, brands, channel names, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners; any that may appear inside the app are supplied by your playlists and are used for identification only.

4 Third-party content and services

The app may connect to services and content provided by third parties that you configure. We do not create, own, control, endorse, verify, or assume any responsibility for those third-party sources — including their legality, availability, accuracy, quality, or safety. Any interaction or dealing between you and a third-party provider is solely between you and that provider.

5 Copyright & intellectual-property complaints

Because Areena Player hosts and stores no content, we are technically unable to remove, block, or take down any stream, channel, or media — such material resides entirely with the third-party providers that users configure. Copyright or content complaints should therefore be directed to the actual host or provider of the material in question.

If you believe that the app software itself infringes your rights, contact us at the address below and we will respond promptly.

6 "As is" — no warranty

7 Limitation of liability

8 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Areena Player and its developer from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your use of the app; (b) the sources or content you add; or (c) your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.

9 Eligibility

The app is intended for users aged 13 and older. By using it, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and are legally capable of entering into these Terms.

10 Changes & termination

We may modify these Terms at any time; the "Last updated" date will reflect the latest revision, and continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue the app, in whole or in part, at any time without notice.

11 Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Egypt for the resolution of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the app.

12 Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent to amr.atef503092@gmail.com.
